WHAT I DID ONCE I CONQUERED CANCER?
I made a VISION BOARD. It helped me rediscovering my passions, values, and aspirations.
A Vision Board is a tangible representation of dreams and goals.
This simple yet powerful exercise allowed me to visualise the life I wanted to create for myself
beyond cancer, reigniting my sense of purpose and belief in the future.
It not only gave me clarity and a pathway,
it helped me DREAM AGAIN, and BELIEVE IN THE FUTURE AGAIN.

I'm Émely your Healthy Lifestyle Coach and I am passionate about getting you healthy and well post-Cancer without feeling deprived in any way; in fact you will feel a sense of Decadence and Luxury on my programs because that's what I wanted for me when I was diagnosed with Cancer! I wanted to experience plants and foods and I wanted to really celebrate life!
I am a wife and doggy mamma, a trained chef and am the 6th Generation of female chefs in our family. I used to have my own catering business and I have worked with michelin star chefs and catered for some amazing events.
And I've walk to path of recovery after cancer myself. In August 2016 I was diagnosed with aggressive triple positive breast cancer, and I embarked on a gruelling odyssey of chemotherapy, radiation, and countless laboratory and doctor's visits.
But eventually, the day came when the battle was won. The cancer was gone. I had survived. I had conquered the beast.
And after that I redesigned my life to a new LUXURY, YUMMY, HEALTHY LIFESTYLE WITHOUT ANY DEPRIVATION because....
